- Once ready, orders are typically delivered within 10-15 working days from the date of shipping.
- Import Duties:- Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Carpets are carefully inspected prior to packing, and request you to check your order upon delivery.
- Use available payment gateways, Cart may displays INR but payments can be made in your selected currency.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Products are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
- Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
- If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery of order.
- We request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed.
- Keeping the original packaging is mandatory. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.
